What if I don’t like the proof?
If you don’t like the first online proof we create, just tell us what you want changed, and we’ll make it happen! Edits are unlimited, so take your time and make sure we give you exactly what you want.
I have my own photo printer. Can I just have you design the card and print it myself?
Absolutely. We will design your card and send you an online proof for your approval. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will e-mail you a high - resolution file that you can download and process on your own.
The pictures I have aren’t of the best quality and are a low resolution. Can you still use them?
The pictures you send us will be used as they are (apart from changes from color to black and white or sepia). We cannot be responsible for low quality pictures (ie photos that are grainy, dark, unfocused, have red - eye, etc.) that are sent to us for use in announcements, invitations or cards. We also recommend that you send us the files unaltered from your camera's memory card. This will ensure that our designers have the greatest flexibility when customizing your design.
I’m terrible at picture taking. Can I use professionally taken photos?
Sure, as long as you provide us with a release from your photographer. Just ask him / her for it and they’ll provide it to you (if they allow their photographs to be used in other productions).
How do I get my pictures to you?
Please use our photo upload page given at the end of the ordering process. Or you can email the photos to orders@tinynut.com. Please be sure to include your order number as the subject in your email.
I don’t have a digital camera. What should I do?
You can scan any photo and upload it to our site or take it to a Staples or Kinko’s to scan it if you don’t have a scanner at home.
I have really great pictures and I can’t pick which ones I want to use. What to do?
Send them all! It’s better for us if we have several photos to choose from - that way, we can use the pictures that work best for your chosen design. Also, please be sure to send us the unedited photos directly from the camera. It gives our staff more options when designing your proof, and ultimately leads to a better finished design.
I love your xxx design, but I’d like it in xxx color and with a different font. Is that possible?
You bet! We’ll use whatever colors and fonts you’d like to make your Tiny Nut creation a one of a kind work of art you’ll be proud to share with family and friends! Just place your requests with your order and our staff will fulfill your needs.
How will you know how to phrase what I want on my card?
Just provide us with any and all text you want included on your card or announcement and we will work with you to achieve the phrasing you want.
I don’t like the wording that’s on a particular design. Can I change it?
Sure. Just type in all of the text you want to see on your card / announcement on the order page, and we’ll make sure it appears on the card, just as you want it.
